Does the Hulk TV show have a villain already?

We know that the Guillermo del Toro Hulk tv show will follow the comics and not the films but will the rumors be true as to who will be Hulk’s main nemesis.
Yep that’s right, it could be Red Hulk. This might work as I enjoyed the Rulk arcs. Then there is the whole who is the Red Hulk story that could run for at least a full season.
Remember this is just rumour for now.
