To the Teenage version of me this could be the old school kung fu film you were waiting on, with a little Hollywood flavour.In feudal China, a blacksmith who makes weapons for a small village is put in the position where he must defend himself and his fellow villagers.
One Armed Boxer, Snake in the Eagle Shadow, Return to the 36th Chamber, Drunker Master, Master of the Flying Guillotines…does any one remember that film if you do then you sir or madam have my respect as an widely watched of old school martial films or as we called them round my way ‘Late Night’. My hope is this all new film with a cool line up (RZA, Russell Crowe, Lucy Lui, Rick Yune and Pam Grier) some slick moves will give me another name to add to my Late night list….Man with the Iron Fist.
