With a new movie on its way in 2013 the studio have decided to start the viral campaign now. I love the original but I can see how this can be rebooted well and for a more modern audience.

The film is shaping up to be a big hit judging by the cast list which includes  Gary Oldman, Samuel L. Jackson, Abbie Cornish, Hugh Laurie and Joel Kinnaman playing Alex Murphy and Robocop. Laurie is tipped to play the villain and boss of Omnicorp and with Oldman and Jackson there is now way these guys would have signed on if they didn’t think it was a good script.

Here you can see the new ED 209 design and it gives us an idea of the type of tech design they are going for. Looks good to me.
