Artwork on show will feature Marvels most popular characters, comic book covers spanning the last 70 years, production artwork used in the making of numerous animated series and Illustrative art by comic book legend Alex Ross.

There will also be a number of pieces hand signed by the great Stan Lee. Stan revolutionised comics when he co-created many of Marvels characters while he was editor as well as chief script writer and art director at Marvel. Stan commented on the collection that will be appearing at the Manchester gallery I always felt what we were creating was art. It’s fantastic to see it represented this way”.

Will this exhibition be coming to London? I have a 6 year old grandson who would be over the moon to see this exhibition but doubt we could get to Manchester.
