Fox Developing Action TV Series Based on Battlefield: Bad Company

Well there are and have been many rumours of games to films adaptations but this latest rumour is of a possible TV show adaptation of the fantastic and hilarious Battlefield Bad Company game series.

According to Headline Hollywood, Fox has started development on a new TV show to be called Bad Company, which would be an hourlong action comedy based on EA’s FPS game.  John Eisendrath the writer behind the series Alias is writing the script and is also the executive producer with Happy Madison studio’s Doug Robinson and EA’s Patrick Bach and Patrick O’Brien.

The show will follow the 4 main characters from the game as they exit military life and enter the private sector but trouble is never far behind as they realize their commanding officer had used them to further the ends of a shadow unit within the government and now wants them dead to cover his tracks.

No further information is available on production timescales, casting or when we can expect to see a pilot episode.
