Huge titles at this year’s Eurogamer Expo

Eurogamer Expo, the UK’s biggest and best video games event, today reminds all attendees what fantastic treats are in store for them this year.

Not only will it be the first time gamers in the UK will have the chance to get their hands on the Playstation Vita ahead of its 2012 release, but there will also be the UK launch of the revolutionary cloud gaming service OnLive right on the show  floor, with console giveaways to boot.

In addition, colossal titles such as Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be playable, as will Valve’s Counter-strike: Global Offensive, as well as a host of other gems from the likes of Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, EA, Sega and more.

There’ll be developer sessions from industry legends, such as Dr. Ray Muzyka and Dr. Greg Zeschuk from Bioware, and Mr. Nathan Drake himself, Nolan North, who will also be judging this year’s cosplay competition. Sega will be hosting this year’s Indie Games Arcade, showcasing the best in up and coming developer talent, and there’ll also be a chance for gamers to put their skills to the test at the UK console qualifiers of the World Cyber Games tournament. Tickets are almost sold-out, so be sure to get yours as soon as possible!

Rupert Loman, Managing Director of Eurogamer, said: “The line-up for this year’s Eurogamer Expo has surpassed all expectations. It’s fantastic to have such a strong and diverse range of titles and activities at this year’s show”.

Eurogamer Expo will be held at Earls Court from 22nd-25th September. More information on Eurogamer Expo 2011 can be found online at
