Christopher Nolan Receives Hollywood Honour!

The legendary director of the The Dark Knight trilogy, Christopher Nolan, has received the honour of having his hands and footprints cemented into the grounds at the legendary Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

Out of the 262 honorees in the past 85 years, Nolan is the youngest film-maker to be included, along with Steven Spielberg and Robert Zemeckis.

He is the eighth film-maker to be included amongst the 200 hand-prints which are left on the famous street.

A host of names from his renowned trilogy turned up for the event to celebrate and congratulate Nolan on his achievement, such as Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Cane and Gary Oldman.

This honour comes before the release of Nolan’s hotly anticipated film, The Dark Knight Rises, which appears in cinemas July 20th.
