Bazinga! A Big Bang Theory Convention is Coming

200px-TBBT_logo.svgEvery year the UK gets more and more conventions based around our favorite shows but now we are getting one for The Big Bang Theory…. Yep you heard right so get your Flash t-shirt out and prepare to sing soft kitty

The convention on the 26th – 28th April at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel is being hosted by Rogue events who have lots of various cons lined up for this year but this is the first for the show.

As per the norm for these types of events there will be guest talks, signings and photoshoots and already they have nabbed 2 actors from the show including Kevin Sussman who plays Stuart the comic book shop owner and Brian Smith who plays Zack.

I think this will be a must not just for fans of the show but all you fun loving geeks out there.

Introducing our 1st convention dedicated to the successful US TV show “The Big Bang Theory”.
We are pleased to announce that we are holding our 1st Convention under the name E=MC Geeked. This is a convention for fans of The Big Bang Theory with Guest Talks, Photo and Autograph sessions, Evening Entertainment and lots of fun! It takes place on the weekend of 26th April to 28th April 2013 and we are returning to the fantastic Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel adjacent to the NEC Complex in Birmingham.

Free Events include Guest Interviews & Panels over Saturday and Sunday of the event, Free Autographs, Access to the Vendors Room, Evening Entertainment, Quizzes, Games and Discos. For an extra charge you can also enjoy these events, a Professional Photo Studio with our guests. The Coffee Lounge, one guest and a small number of attendees together for 30-45 minutes. Tickets for these events will either be by auction or from 7.00am from the Ticket Office. Extra Autograph passes are also available to buy as well as exclusive limited edition black and white 10 x 8’s of our guests.
Themed Parties: The theme of our parties and competitions will be announced later. We have TWO parties for you over the weekend, entry is FREE to all attendees as long as you wear your event wristband. Don’t forget to book your Hotel Bedrooms, the more hotel rooms that are sold to attendees the better our relationship is with the hotel, so if you are planning on staying why not stay in the event hotel, it may cost a little bit more but you will benefit from all the activities such as the evening parties.
