INTERVIEW: ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ Season 2 Changing Dynamics

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow gets a full season order for its second season, and the cast and creators have teased that now that we’re out of the shadow of Vandal Savage things are going to really get interesting.

We’ve got new characters to root for: Vixen (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) will join the team via the introduction of the Justice Society of America to the Arrowverse, and Citizen Steel (Nick Zano) will join with a story that breaks from his comics origin of a pain killer addiction. Caity Lotz tells us that Sarah Lance will continue to grieve for her sister, while Arthur Darvill promises a damaged Rip Hunter will show a bit of his lighter side as well.

And of course, there will be time travel. “We’re gonna be going to some crazy places,” teases Franz Drameh, one half of Firestorm. “We really time travel this season.”

Check out our interviews with cast members Caity Lotz, Franz Drameh, Arthur Darvill, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Nick Zano, and Producers Marc Guggenheim and Phil Klemmer at this years San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) for more hints at what to expect on Season 2 of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
