Iron Man 3: Hulkbuster & Space Armor Concept Art Leaked?

Get ready to have speculation around Marvel’s movie universe’s future run riot. With Iron Man 3 the first of the post-Avengers films, how it will contribute to the future framework of Marvel’s franchised eco-system?

Rumors recently surfaced of Iron Man 3‘s final moments possibly leading directly into the Guardians of the Galaxy (set for 2014), and this supposed leaked concept art suggests more than a deep-space-expedition for Ol’ Shell-head.

Multiple leaks including merchandising (toys) cross-licensing are linked to the white and grey-themed Space Armour, and claims to be pulled from the film directly.

The Space Armour is expected to be seen at some point in the film, but how it will relate to the plot is pure guesswork.

The Hulk-buster Armour is more of a conundrum as currently the jury is completely out on when & if the Jolly Green Giant will be appearing on-screen next.

Certainly we that there is no Hulk or Hulk-buster appearing in Iron Man 3, so what is the germ of this image?

With the second phase of Marvel movies well underway, perhaps the studio has decided to keep its powder dry & options open, at least until the potentially space-based Avengers 2. Certainly there are plenty of rumours of “World War Hulk” or “Planet Hulk” being adapted into films.

Iron Man 3 stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall and Ben Kingsley as ‘The Mandarin’ and is in cinemas April 26th in the UK.
