John Noble Talks Superman: Unbound

superman-unboundDC’s newest animated film, Superman: Unbound, arrives on DVD and Blu-Ray on May 7th. To whet your appetite in the meanwhile, we’ve got some clips of John Noble (Fringe) discussing what it was like to voice the villainous Brainiac.

Superman: Unbound is based on the 2008 release Superman: Brainiac, in which the Man of Steel must juggle taking care of the newly arrived Supergirl with keeping Metropolis safe from Brainiac. Brainiac is the one responsible for the destruction of Krypton, and now he’s got his sights set on Metropolis. In the first of the 3 clips, John talks a bit about what it’s like inside Brainiac’s head:

 

In Clip 2, he describes the challenges of playing a restrained character, vs one who is unrestrained:

Mr. Noble will be playing opposite Matt Bomer, who is voicing the Man of Steel in the film. Be sure to check it out on May 7th!
