Jurassic Park IV Officially Announced!

jurassic-park1_481597It’s official. The Dinosaurs are back, as the long muted Jurassic Park IV is set for release on June 13th 2014 in the USA.
Steven Spielberg had only just put the nail in the coffin of Robopocalypse before the announcement was made, albeit the great beard will only be producing this journey back to his world of genetically created killer Dinos, with a yet unnamed director taking the helm from a script most recently (rumored) to have been written by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver.
Nothing beats solid, firm information now does it?

Kathleen Kennedy, Spielberg producer and now head of Lucas film/Star Wars, told ComingSoon.net last year: “As filmmakers, we often sit there going, ‘Okay. We have to answer the question, ‘Why do another one?” If you can’t answer that question, you shouldn’t be doing it. It’s tough. We’re trying to come up with a story that makes sense and isn’t going to disappoint people and is, hopefully, going to get people excited and reinvigorate the franchise.”

Can’t wait until 2014?  Well fear not as the original and best Jurassic Park will be coming back to the cinemas in April this year.  But only if you like 3D.
