SelfMadeHero Launches Digital Titles on Sequential

SelfMadeHero has launched an exclusive partnership with the Sequential iPad app to make some of their most popular books available to read digitally.

Three titles have launched: the outstanding At The Mountains of Madness, I.N.J Culbard’s H.P Lovecraft adaptation; Kiki De Montparnasse from José-Louis Bocquet; and finally, the last book available online will be the beautiful Sandcastle by Pierre Oscar Lévy and award-winning artist Frederik Peeters.

Additionally, each book comes with extras not available anywhere else! So it’s definitely worth picking them up on Sequential if you have an iPad. Kiki has nine pages of new, never before seen artwork, Mountains of Madness has an audio commentary from I.N.J Culbard and a video sketch, while Sandcastle has an interesting and informative video of Frederik Peeters drawing – useful for budding artists or those who appreciate the form.

All three titles are available now and are priced at just £9.99 each. Not bad for a full size graphic novel, and there’s all those extras too!

Sequential has been working on building up a solid reputation since its launch last year as an innovative online comics platform. They are working with many prestigious publishers, including Blank Slate, Jonathan Cape, and Knockabout. There are titles available from Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore, and Eddie Campbell as well, to name a few.

The link to the appl can be found here. It’s building up quite an impressive catalogue, and with its focus on bringing exclusive content, it makes the comics reading experience all the more immersive and exciting.

SelfMadeHero will make more books available via Sequential – stay tuned and we’ll let you know which ones come up next.
