Star Trek Continues in One of the Best Fan Made Films Ever?

Being a huge Trekker / Trekkie and a massive fan of the original series I always wanted to see more adventures of the crew during the 5 year mission. This fan made film has quite literally blown me away with how good it is.

Star Trek Continues? is perhaps one of best fan films I have seen in a long while that truly does justice to its source material. The sets are amazing, the costumes look perfect and the effects are big budget looking.

This full length episode is a direct sequel to one of the original episodes with the original actor back in his role of Apollo. Once you get past the actors in their roles you will be astonished with the results.

In association with Farragut Films and Dracogen Investments, Vic Mignogna (a Farragut Films principal), is set to direct this new web series based on the original (and still the best) Star Trek series.

The premise of the series is based on the original 5-year voyage. The original series ended three years into the journey. Vic and his team are starting this new series right where the original left off.

This new series is being brought to you in partnership with Farragut Films and DracoGen Investments – creators of the award-winning web series, Starship Farragut. The series is being shot in the original 4:3 format to keep the authenticity of the framing of the original series. It is very important to us that we provide a quality show and ancillary products, such as our website. Website development is provided in association with

It will blow you away! It’s that good! Absolutely excellent! Better than Star trek Into Darkness! Even worth considering investing money into.

  2. The Mark /

It’s o.k. with better scripts It may be worth keeping an eye on. the pointless use of some actors jamie bamber…
It’s no Star Trek: Phase II aka Star Trek: New Voyages

    • Crazy Rabbit /

It’s actually better than most of Phase 2. It’s less pantomime, more legitimate story telling.

Jamie Bamber played Apollo on the remake of Battlestar Galactica…so it was a nice nod to include him.
