Check out the latest stills from the up and coming green hornet film, I’ve also thrown in a trailer for good measure!
It does look like this film is going to be good fun, hopefully it will live up to the public expectations.

I’ve still yet to see Inglourious Basterds but everyone I know who has keeps mentioning one performer to me…Christoph Waltz. To those people I’ll say keep your fingers crossed because it’s looking like old Christoph will be appearing in Seth Rogan’s Green Hornet film.
If Christoph come onto the film it will be to replace Nicolas Cage and play Chudnofsky, a Los Angeles crime boss.
This is great news (well I’m taking people’s word that Christoph will make for a great villian) but my one sole gripe from the moment this film was announced is still there….I just can’t see Seth Rogan as The Green Hornet.
Prove me wrong Seth…please prove me wrong.

SCI FI Wire is reporting that BSG star Edward James Olmos ( he’ll always be Lt Castillo from Miami Vice to me) has signed on to appear in Seth Rogan’s Green Hornet.
There no mention of what role he’s playing but given his performance in BSG does it really matter?

The guys over at Total Film have stuck up an image of a car covered in a sheet in their wanderings at the comic con. It looks like there will be a big reveal of,’ The Black Beauty’, the car being used in Seth Rogan’s upcoming ‘Green Hornet’ Flick.
You can check out the picture here (although there’s not much to see)

Stephen Chow of Kung Fu Hustle fame has left Seth Rogen’s Green Hornet film. Stephen had originally come on board as a director as well at the Green Hornet’s sidekick Kato.
On Paper The Green Hornet is a film I should be excited about but I’m the complete opposite. I mean a masked vigilante with an ass kicking sidekick and a car outfitted with gadgets galore, called “Black Beauty” what’s not to like? My main problem is yeah I’ve enjoyed Seth Rogan in some of the films I’ve seen him in but I just can’t picture him in this role. At least the not the way I want to see the role played. I also want Green Hornet to be straight up pulp adventure and I’m worried even though Seth says he’s playing it straight that I’m going to get the ‘Knocked Up’ version of The Green Hornet.
I hope you prove me wrong Seth.
