We had planned to give over a huge amount of this week’s episode to The Thought Bubble Festival being held this weekend in Leeds. In typical fashion and for various reasons we are unable to bring you an episode this week.
I thought rather than not mention the Thought Bubble at all I would stick a few lines on the site about this awesome show.

It seems that this years Thought Bubble One day Comic Convention is growing. I just took this bit of news of the main Thought Bubble website.
Frank Quitely, as well as appearing at the convention on November 21st, will also run an Art Masterclass on Sunday 22nd where he will take attendees through the stages of how he works. Further details of this will be announced soon.
Due to popular demand our dates have been extended, the Thought Bubble Festival will now run from the 19th – 22nd November!
There will be a special launch party at Fab Cafe on the 19th at 7pm, which will include comic-based screenings, a comics quiz, and fancy-dress - theme Heroes and Villains!
I attended the thought Bubble one day Comic con asnd it was truly one of the highlight of my geek calendar last year. It’s a shame the launch party is on the the Thursday as I would liked to have given that a llok see but if the saturday night was anything like last then I’m that will more than make up for it.
This boasted such high caliber guests such as Frank Quietly, Ben Templesmith, Paul Cornell, Charlie Adlard,Andy Diggle, Gary Erskine, Garen Ewing, Duncan Fegredo, Leigh Gallagher, Adi Granov, Jock and more.
If you didn’t get a chance to check this ace show then rectify that mistake and pick a ticket up today.

Tickets for the Thought Bubble festival including the one day comic con have now gone on sale. The festival will be run between 20 -22 November. Having attended the one day (and awesome evening) comic on last year I can thoroughly recommend it!

The awesome comic convention held in Leeds called the Thought Bubble has just announced it’s 2009 dates. The con will take place on Sat 21st Nov at Saviles Hall. The comic con is part of the Thought Bubble Festival which is over 3 days (20 -22 November). Dave and I attended this last year and had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend a visit. If finances (so many cons this year) allow I’m sure Dave and I drop by.
We will bring more news as and when we get it from the thought Bubble guys!
