Eureka farewell at MCM Expo London Comic Con

For fans of the hit show this is your chance to say bye to the people behind the hit show Eureka at the London MCM Expo.

Personally I will be very sorry to see this show go as it always left me with a smile on my face.

After five seasons, popular sci-fi series EUREKA is bowing out – and star Salli Richardson-Whitfield and co-creator Jaime Paglia are coming to MCM Expo London Comic Con on 28-30 October to celebrate the show with fans.

EUREKA is set in a small town of the same name, a secret community inhabited entirely by brilliant scientists working on bleeding edge technology. Androids; mind control; death rays; doomsday weapons; sentient computers; deadly bacteria and an artificial sun… what could possibly go wrong?

Salli Richardson Whitfield plays Dr. Allison Blake, a government agent who is always at the forefront of any dilemma that might arise in Eureka. Allison served as the liaison between the town and the Pentagon, reporting on the progress of Eureka’s inhabitants and their ‘temperamental’ inventions, and later takes over as director of Global Dynamics.

As well as creating EUREKA alongside Andrew Cosby, Jaime Paglia also works on the show as executive producer and as one of the main writers.

MCM Expo London Comic Con’s sister show, Memorabilia London is also welcoming a special guest with EUREKA credentials – Matt Frewer (MAX HEADROOM; WATCHMAN; DAWN OF THE DEAD) plays Dr. Jim Taggart, Eureka’s somewhat eccentric animal expert and geophysicist. Memorabilia London takes place on 29-30 October alongside London Comic Con at ExCel.
